Compare quantities, prices and lead times before ordering

On product pages with a price table, you can compare quantities and choose an available service: Standard, Express or Urgent. Each cell shows the total price for the stated quantity. Use the Excl. VAT / Incl. VAT selector to view the prices you need.

Your chosen lead time affects the price. If you are planning a campaign ahead of time, compare the options before deciding. If you have a specific date in mind, check the product information and ask us about anything unclear. Dates are indicative and also depend on receipt and approval of your files and payment.

How to prepare your online order

• Find your product. Open its category and check the dimensions, material, printed sides and finishes described.
• Choose your quantity and lead time. For products with a price table, click the price for the combination you want to order.
• Check the configuration. Review the selected options and total before continuing with your order.
• Prepare to submit your files. Follow the product and checkout instructions. If you have questions about your artwork, ask before submitting it.

Well-prepared artwork makes printing easier

Instructions can vary between products. Always check the product page for the document size, bleed, safety margins and accepted file formats. Where a template is available, use it to position your design correctly.

Before submitting your file, check that text is legible, images have enough resolution for the finished size, and telephone numbers, addresses and dates are correct. Also review the colour and finishing instructions: what you see on screen is no substitute for the print specifications.

For a size, quantity or combination that is not in the catalogue, use the Quotations option in the menu. State the product, dimensions, quantity and specifications you need. For publications, also include the page count and binding you are looking for.

Common questions before ordering print

How do I choose between two papers or finishes?

Consider how the printed item will be used, how long it will be kept, how it will be distributed and what information it will contain. Compare the specifications on each product page. If you are still unsure, ask about the options before completing your order.

Can I use one design for several formats?

A design may need adjustments when its size or proportions change. Check each product's template and layout to avoid text that is too small, insufficient margins or elements outside the print area.

Do all products offer the same quantities and lead times?

No. Each product page has its own options. Check the table for the specific product and request a quotation if the quantity or configuration you need is not listed.

Where can I check the delivery terms?

The purchase terms and conditions contain information about transport, lead times and receiving your order. They currently state that delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is included. Check the terms applicable to your order and confirm any special destination before buying.
