Duplicate Pads

Personalised NCR pads (carbonless duplicate pads) help you organise orders, delivery notes, job sheets and other handwritten documents. Adding your company details and usual fields keeps the presentation consistent and helps record the information for each transaction.

Format, copies, inks and numbering

The catalogue includes A4, A5, A6 and DL pads. Within each format, choose from the available versions with one or two copies, one- or two-colour printing, and numbered or unnumbered sets. Consider how much you need to write and who will keep each copy before choosing.

For example, the unnumbered A4 pad with one copy and one ink colour contains 50 sets of an original and a copy on carbonless paper. It is stapled and bound along the spine, with a microperforated line and a backing board with a fold-over cover to support writing.

Prepare a document with a clear heading, space for the date and organised fields for descriptions, quantities or notes. Check that the writing lines are comfortable to use and repeated details are correct. If you choose a numbered version, leave space for the numbering. Check the product page and template before submitting your design to match its dimensions, margins and layout to the selected pad.
