HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER!!
Place your order quickly and easily on our website. If you prefer, you can also order by email or simply give us a call.
Place your order online in just 5 simple steps
1) Select the product and its specifications (size, printing…)
2) You will see the relevant price table for the product configuration (production service, quantity…) Simply click on the price of the item you are interested in
3) A dialogue box will open with the SELECTION SUMMARY, showing a detailed product description. You can select options such as banding, file checks and adjustments… Then simply click the proceed with order
4) The screen will show your order summary where you must enter your details to confirm the order and select a payment method
5) Once you have made the payment, you can upload your files you want to print (if they are not ready, you can upload them later)
Our automatic checking service will carry out a basic file check. We recommend choosing “Professional File Check” to ensure that your files print correctly
Please note that your order is confirmed only after we have downloaded and approved your files. Your delivery date is set from that point, according to the production service requested. All order details are available in your CUSTOMER AREA, where you can also print your order sheet.
Within the stated period, you will receive your order at your home or chosen delivery address

Place your order by email
1) Send an email to pedidos@hispanoprint.com clearly stating the product, quantity, production service and chosen payment method (bank transfer/credit card).
2) We will shortly send you a PRO FORMA INVOICE detailing your order, the amount payable and the bank account for payment. It will also show the estimated delivery date.
3) Send us your print files. You will then receive confirmation that your order has entered production

1) Call either of our customer service numbers, 902 18 18 17 or 972 47 00 35, and we will quickly set up your order with you. If you would prefer us to call you, email us your telephone number and an approximate time that suits you.
ORDERING BUSINESS CARDS
1) From 500 units, the total quantity will always be invoiced, regardless of the number of designs, Orders of 150 and 250 units cannot be grouped with each other or with other business card orders; they are invoiced separately per design.
2) They are supplied in banded bundles of 100 units for orders of up to 1,000 cards, From 1,000 units, banded bundles are charged at €1.95 per thousand.
3) Artwork must be supplied as a separate layout for each design, in TIFF format, four-colour “CMYK”, at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, (TSB recommends 400 dpi)with separate files for the front and back and 1 mm bleed on each edge. Files with incorrect but similar dimensions, RGB files and spot-colour files will be adjusted and converted automatically (please note that converting COLOUR to CMYK always produces slight differences in colour tone). ORDERING FOLDED BUSINESS CARDS

2) They are supplied in banded bundles of 100 units for orders of up to 1,000 cards. From 1,000 units, banded bundles are charged at €2.20 per thousand. Cards are supplied with a centre crease and unfolded.
3) Artwork must be supplied as a separate layout for each design, in TIFF format, four-colour “CMYK”, at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, (TSB recommends 400 dpi)with separate files for the front and back and 1 mm bleed on each edge. Files with incorrect but similar dimensions, RGB files and spot-colour files will be adjusted and converted automatically (please note that converting COLOUR to CMYK always produces slight differences in colour tone). ORDERING TAGS

2) They are supplied in banded bundles of 100 units for grouped orders of up to 1,000 tags. From 1,000 units, banded bundles are charged at €2.20 per thousand.
3) Artwork must be supplied as a separate layout for each design, with separate front and back files, 1 mm bleed on each edge, in JPG or TIFF format, four-colour “CMYK”, at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, (TSB recommends 400 dpi). 4) A punched hole 4.5 mm in diameter. Around the hole, leave a 1 cm (10 mm) safety margin. If no position is specified, it will be placed by default at the top centre of the tag, viewed in portrait orientation.
ORDERING BOOKMARKS

2) They are supplied on pallets or in boxes of 250 units.
3) Artwork must be supplied as an individual layout with 5 mm bleed on each edge, in JPG, TIFF or PDF format. In PDF files, text must always be converted to outlines and all effects, especially transparencies, must be flattened without layers. Files with incorrect but similar dimensions, RGB files and spot-colour files will be adjusted and converted automatically (please note that converting COLOUR to CMYK always produces slight differences in colour tone). 4) Matt lamination adds 5% to the price.
ORDERING FOLDED LEAFLETS
1) Each design is invoiced separately.
2) They are supplied in banded bundles of 100 units for tri-fold leaflets and 200 units for half-fold leaflets, for orders of up to 1,000 leaflets. From 1,000 units, banded bundles are charged at €3.38 per thousand.
3) Artwork must be supplied fully laid out in JPG, TIFF or PDF format, with a separate layout for each design. For JPG or TIFF, supply separate front and back files; for PDF, supply one two-page file, with 2 mm bleed on each edge. In PDF files, text must always be converted to outlines and all effects, especially transparencies, must be flattened without layers. 4) VERY IMPORTANT: For orders from 8,000/10,000 units of magazines with more than 40 pages, particularly perfect-bound or sewn magazines and books, we recommend asking us to confirm the final quoted price as the price may be lower in many cases. These orders may also qualify for special offers and promotions that provide additional benefits.
ORDERING LETTERHEADS
1) Each design is invoiced separately.
2) They are supplied in banded bundles of 500 units for orders of up to 2,000 letterheads. From 2,000 units, they are supplied unbanded in labelled boxes. You may request banding from 2,000 units at a cost of €2.05 per thousand.
3) Artwork must be supplied fully laid out in JPG, TIFF or PDF format, separately for each design, with 2 mm bleed on each edge. In PDF files, text must always be converted to outlines and all effects, especially transparencies, must be flattened without layers. The artwork may bleed on all edges except the top, where a 1 cm (10 mm) blank area must be left for the press gripper. In PDF files, text must be converted to outlines and all effects, especially transparencies, must be flattened without layers. DELIVERY TIMES
In every case, these depend on the printing service requested (Standard – Express – Urgent)and the delivery option selected (Standard “24/48 hours” or Urgent “24/36 hours”), As you configure your order, the dispatch and delivery dates will be shown according to your selections. Production days are always working days, based on the working calendar applicable across all or most of Spain. The count starts on the day after your order has been placed and confirmed, and according to the chart below, provided the order has been confirmed (payment made and files sent) before 19:00 that day, Monday to Friday (orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are registered with the next working day counted as the first production day YOUR ORDER SHEET WILL SHOW THE DISPATCH/DELIVERY DATES FOR YOUR ITEMS. THESE ARE CALCULATED ONLY AFTER YOUR FILES HAVE BEEN DOWNLOADED AND APPROVED, NEVER BEFORE.

PLEASE NOTE: We can deliver your print directly to your customer, saving you additional delivery costs. Orders are sent ANONYMOUSLY, with you always shown as the sender on the paperwork and shipping labels. Your customer will receive no information identifying Hispanoprint's involvement in the items delivered.
IMPORTANT: All stated delivery times are INDICATIVE because this company does not promote itself as an URGENT. Hispanoprint will make every effort to meet them in most cases. However, if circumstances beyond our control (special dates, weather, transport incidents…) occasionally cause a slight additional delay of no more than one or two days, we still consider the service to be within an acceptable level of efficiency and decline any liability claimed on that basis.
PAYMENT METHODS
We offer several payment methods for our customers' convenience and peace of mind:
• Credit card: Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
• Bank transfer: You can transfer payment to any of the bank accounts shown when placing your order. The amount transferred must exactly match the order total. Include your order reference as the payment reference; this will be shown on the confirmation screen and sent to you by email.
For orders below five hundred euros, you must pay the full order amount in advance by bank transfer.
For orders above five hundred euros, you may transfer 50% initially. Before dispatch, and to ensure the goods leave as scheduled, you will receive an email requesting payment of the full outstanding balance
DELIVERY CHARGES
All our product prices include delivery to Spain(mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands), with no administrative charges or fees. We offer standard and urgent delivery.
