Personalised memo blocks provide space for telephone numbers, reminders and tasks while keeping your company identity close to hand. Use them on desks, reception areas and counters, or as supporting materials at customer meetings.

Square formats for every type of note

Choose from square blocks measuring 74 × 74, 105 × 105 and 148 × 148 mm. Smaller sizes take up less desk space; larger ones allow for longer notes or several fields. Choose the format first, then check the available sheet counts for that size.

For example, the 105 × 105 mm block with 50 sheets uses 80 gsm uncoated paper, printed in colour on one side, glued at the top and backed with grey board. Its product page also provides instructions for preparing the print file.

Leave a generous, clear writing area in your design. Place a logo at the top and contact details at the bottom, avoiding dark images behind the notes. If you add lines, boxes or a small form, make sure there is enough space for handwriting. Match the document to the chosen size and follow the specified margins and bleed to preserve the layout after trimming.
